General Information
MODERATOR - a consulting and training company, is pleased to invite you to participate in the School for Business Trainers where classes are taught in English by a native speaker. We want to share our many years of experience in the conduct of training on various aspects of the market. In the course of the interesting and dynamic classes, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare and conduct training, workshops and training sessions for companies. Some participants may be offered permanent co-operation involving the implementation of our programs, for example, negotiation, sales and people management.
Merit management of the school will be conducted by: Dr. Tomasz Witkowski and Dr. Sławomir Jarmuż.
Who is the school for?
For all those who are involved in conducting workshops, training sessions, discussion groups and would like to perfect these skills in English. We also invite candidates for trainers, for whom English is or will be the primary language of communication in the workplace. Our classes are attended by representatives of various professions, who teach specialized content such as: computer scientists, financiers, economists, psychologists and others. We also host incompany trainers who conduct product and soft training sessions. The classes are also attended by those who still do not have any experience working with people and would like learn how to teach at a high level, and prepare for difficult situations which they may encounter. Attention! Our school is not a language school, so the classes will focus more on the substantive issues than the language.

The organization of the school
Because our school is not a language school, the ability to fluently communicate in English is one of the enrollment condition. Fluent communication in English should be at the FC or TOEFEL level(FC or TOEFEL certified or tested during an interview). Participants should possess a minimum of secondary education diploma and a predisposition to working with people. The basic school program includes 10 two-day meetings (15 hours each). Classes are held in the academic year from September to June.

After taking the final examination, participants receive a diploma along with the grade. In the case when the participant does not take the exam, the participant receives a certificate of participation in the school activities. Those participants who could not attend the whole course, for various reasons, have the opportunity and obligation to make up for the missed lessons with the next edition. For those participants with language problems, we offer extra English lessons. Selected participants may be offered an apprenticeship and a supervision of workshops conducted by them.

Merit program
The content of the training are mainly topics related to the answer to the question of HOW to lead workshops. The program ends with the participants preparing a complete training program and an examination.

Trainers conducting the classes:
Tomasz Witkowski
Doctor of Psychology, the founder and co-owner of MODERATOR. He worked as a lecturer at the Institute of Psychology, University of Wrocław and in the School of Social Sciences as well as a researcher at the University of Hildesheim in Germany. He is a consultant in the field of psychology of sales and negotiations, streamlining the flow of information and personnel selection. He is the creator of training programs and conducts psychological training focused on learning practical skills in negotiation, sales and management. He published several scientific and popular science articles. He is the author of Psycho-manipulations, Psychology of lies, co-author of Psychology of Conflict and The trainer’s manual, and editor of the book Modern methods of personnel selection and assessment. In 1993, he got a scholarship at the University of Bielefeld (Germany).
Malva Olszewska
A graduate of the University of Wroclaw majoring in American Literature and the Methodology of Teaching, a master’s degree holder in Pedagogy and Counseling from DSWE TWP, studied Psychology and Sociology at the University of Toronto. Organizer of summer training camps for youth worldwide for Tomorrow's America Foundation. Simultaneous and consecutive translator for an international company - Internet Service Corporation. Translator and author of articles and papers on training and products for an international monthly magazine Bliżej Biznesu. Director of Studies for a training company responsible for recruiting and training new employees, monthly staff training, supervision of existing trainers and teachers. Conducted training sessions amongst others in communication, people management, motivation, the process of employee evaluation, techniques for preparing and conducting a presentation, self-presentation, and conflict solving. PR Manager for restaurants and clubs in Wroclaw.
